- Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds for confirmed orders, including those made through WhatsApp, Instagram, or website.
- Refunds will be issued only if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- An incorrect item was sent in your order
- If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Exchange Option (Instead of Refund)
In eligible cases, you may choose to exchange the item instead of requesting a refund. This applies to:- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong product received
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
- You notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- You ship it back within 3 days of approval (return shipping cost to be borne by the customer)
- Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled, especially for ready stock or limited edition sarees.
- Pre-booked or customized orders are also non-cancellable due to the personalized nature of production.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Sarees that have been used, altered, or worn
- Orders with minor color variations or weaving irregularities, as these are normal in handcrafted textiles
- Items returned without prior approval
